    2. What payment methods do you accept?

      We offer the most convenient payment method: COD(Cash On Delivery), you can pay cash, or pay through M-PESA for your package when our Delivery Associates bring it to your door step.

      3. How to place an order?

      Just 4 steps:

      • Step 1: Choose the product you want, Click the button "BUY IT NOW"
      • Step 2: Fill in your contact information, email, name, mobile number, detailed address, etc. And then, click the button "Continue to shipping"
      • Step 3: When your order amount above KSh2200, the shipping method "Free Fast Shipping" will be automatically selected, it's free shipping.
        When your order amount below KSh2200, the shipping method "Fast Shipping" will be automatically selected, the shipping fee is Ksh199.
        You can just click the button "Continue to payement"
      • Step 4: We have already chosen the payment method "Cash on Delivery" for you, you just click the button " Complete order".  After you complete your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

         


        4. How do I set my shipping address?

          Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter "?" to "c".

           


          5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

            Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

             


            6.How long does shipping take? 

            All the products selling on this site will be shipped from overseas, you can expect your package to arrive in 5-7 working days. Your order will be delivered to you by a local courier. 

            Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.

             


            7.What is the Return & Refund policy?

            You can inspect the goods before you pay. 
            Pay only if you are satisfied with the goods.

            Returns 
            If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days from receiving your package. 
            Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. 
            Only items purchased directly from https://mofast.store will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns. 
            Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. 
            Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged. 
            Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling. 
            Returns made without receipt may be refused. Mofast Store reserves the right to deny any return. 
            You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
            If you are shipping an item over KES 2000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

            Refunds (if applicable) 
            Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
            If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Mpesa account, within 7 days.
